Anxiety & Overwhelm
When your mind won't slow down and everything feels like too much. Anxiety isn't a flaw. It's your nervous system trying to protect you. Together, we can understand what it's responding to and find ways to feel safe again.
What I can help with
These are some of the areas I work with. Your experience doesn't need to fit neatly into a category. What matters most is that you feel ready to explore what's showing up for you.

Sometimes the hardest part isn't the sadness. It's the absence of feeling anything at all. Depression can make life feel flat, distant, or meaningless. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and with what matters to you.
Grief doesn't only follow death. It shows up in endings, in transitions, in unmet expectations, in the lives we thought we'd live. There's no right way to grieve. But you don't have to do it alone.
Trauma isn't just what happened to you. It's what your body and mind still carry. Whether it's a single event or years of difficult experiences, healing is possible. EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches can help you process what words alone sometimes can't.
Do you notice the same dynamics playing out in different relationships? The way we connect, and disconnect, often reflects deeper patterns shaped early in life. Understanding them is the first step to changing them.
"Who am I outside of what others expect?" Questions of identity can feel destabilising, especially during transitions or when living between cultures. Therapy offers a space to explore who you are, and who you're becoming.
That voice that says you're not enough, not doing it right, not worthy. It can be relentless. Together, we can understand where it comes from, loosen its grip, and help you build a kinder relationship with yourself.
A move, a breakup, a career shift, becoming a parent. Transitions can shake the foundations of who we thought we were. Even positive changes can bring grief, confusion, and growing pains. I can help you navigate what's shifting.
Living abroad changes you in ways that are hard to explain to people back home. The loneliness, the identity questions, the invisible emotional labour of adapting. I understand this experience deeply, both personally and professionally.
Love is not enough to sustain a relationship. It also takes understanding, communication, and the willingness to grow together. Using the Gottman Method, I help couples rebuild connection, navigate conflict, and deepen intimacy.
