Holding Space

Where therapy meets community - Resources, Talks & Events

Watch our collaborations
Cushions in a sunlit gathering room

Nice is full of people who arrived from somewhere else. New languages, new weather, new versions of themselves to grow into. And beyond Nice, there are so many more - moving, searching, beginning again.

Holding Space is the community being built for that. Multilingual, collaborative, slowly taking shape. Brought together with other mental health professionals, yoga teachers, coaches, and fellow practitioners whose work I trust.

It is not a clinic. It is not a studio. It is something in between; a way of taking therapy outside of the room, into breath, body, and the people around you.

More collaborations, conversations, and resources are coming soon.

What you'll find here

Talks & Workshops

Workshops and talks on the things we carry - anxiety, burnout, grief, relationships. Sometimes small rooms, sometimes bigger ones.

Collaborations

A space for working alongside other psychologists, therapists, coaches, yoga teachers, and creatives — building something more whole than any of us could offer alone, for the people we each hold.

Resources

A growing, curated list of multilingual mental health and wellness resources for Nice's international community.

Conversations & collaborations

In dialogue with the community.

A few of the rooms, podcasts, and creative projects Mora has been invited into.

Podcast · Cambio Rotta

An episode on navigating change.

A conversation on navigating the anxiety that comes with change — recorded as part of an ongoing collaboration with the Cambio Rotta podcast.

Express Lab · with Lazy Susan & Co.

An interview, filmed by Justin Bekker.

A collaboration between psychologists and dancers from Lazy Susan dance school in Nice. Over three days, we worked together to bring the concept of "core beliefs" to life through movement and performance — bridging psychology and contemporary dance.

Philosophy

"Healing is not a solitary act.
Sometimes the room is the medicine."
