A curiosity for the inner worlds we each carry.
I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. I work with adults in English and Spanish, in person in Nice and online wherever you are.
Growing up across different countries shaped my path into psychology. I lived in Spain, Argentina, Belgium and the Netherlands before coming to France.
These experiences sparked my curiosity about the diverse ways we are shaped by our environments, relationships, and inner worlds.
My approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative. I want you to feel truly heard and understood.
I work integratively, drawing from CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, somatic approaches, mindfulness, and the Gottman Method for couples.
